kerry & dave’s rings

These rings are extra special as we made them for our best friends Kerry and Dave who wanted 18ct and 9ct white gold.

Handmade in our studio, each ring was made just for Kerry and Dave. We had a consultation and discussed the various options of profile shapes and widths possible. To ensure the right design was chosen we made the bands in silver so that Kerry and Dave could test drive them.

Once the designs were finalised we got to work making them from bars of white gold, forming and shaping them using traditional jewellery and goldsmithing techniques.

Keren & Simon’s Rings

We created rings for Keren and Simon in platinum using some heirloom metal with the addition of 18ct yellow gold for Simon’s ring.

An internal band of 18ct yellow gold was carefully soldered onto the inside of the platinum ring.

Emily & Adam’s Rings

We had a pleasure of making a surprise engagement ring for Emily which we designed with Adam, using a 0.5ct central diamond, accompanied by two green diamonds either side and set in 18ct white gold.

For their wedding rings we created slim D profile bands in 18ct white gold, with a hidden diamond on the inside of Adam’s ring. This was a nod to Emily’s ring as a way to connect the two together.

Marta & Tobias’ rings

Marta’s ring was made using diamonds from her mother-in-laws ring, but instead using 18ct yellow gold with an oval band, which mirrors her bespoke engagement ring.

For Tobias we created a comfort profile band in 14ct yellow gold, which has a softer, mellow yellow.

Jim & Bonnie’s rings

Crated from buttery 18ct yellow gold, the rings we created for Jim and Bonnie were understated and perfect. An inverted D profile band allowed us to have a crisp, geometric look, while being curved on the inside for extra comfort.

natalie & james

We were thrilled to create rings for longtime friends Natalie and James who we went to art college with.

Both rings are made from white gold, with Natalie opting for 9ct for a more silvery, white colour and James choosing 18ct white gold, which has a grey tone.

Chloe & issac’s rings

This was one of our favourite commissions. We melted down two family heirloom gold rings from, one from the bride and one from the groom. Combining a 22ct gold and 18ct yellow gold ring enabled us to create a truly unique alloy of gold for Chloe and her partner.

Below are just a few of the stages of how we transformed treasured heirlooms into a pair of wedding bands to be treasured for years to come and imbued with sentiment and meaning.

stephanie & roger’s ring

We made Stephanie and Roger’s rings from 18ct yellow gold with a D shaped profile, finished with a polished hammered finish.

Julia & Ben’s Rings

We created this pair of 9ct rose gold rings for Julia and Ben who both opted for our signaiture comfort fit band. Wide, yet shallow with gentle curves, it makes the perfect wedding band.

Anna & Sam

We worked with Anna and Sam to create their wedding rings. Made in 18ct yellow gold and 9ct white gold. Anna’s ring was a round profile, highly polished band, while Sam had a flat comfort band finished with a linear brushed finish.
