Customisation & Bespoke

We work closely with clients to create one of a kind future heirloom pieces often using inherited jewellery. We work closely with you to create a design that suits you, your style and personality. This process begins with an initial consolation in person or over skype if not based in London or the South of England.

Re-setting Heirlooms

Working with heirloom stones and jewellery is our favourite aspect of making one of a kind jewels. Re-working heirloom pieces into new and meaningful jewellery to be enjoyed for years to come is a exciting journey. We can arrange a meeting to discuss what you would like and to see the jewellery to be re-modelled. We will work with you to come up with the most successful design. Please insure you have stone appraised prior to leaving it with us.

Time Frame

Customisation of pieces can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks due to the individual nature of creating an adaptation of one of our designs. Bespoke commissions can take between 8-10 weeks from placement of deposits. We will of course attempt to craft your piece as soon as possible.

Payment

For any bespoke item we require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order before we can begin crafting you piece of jewellery. This unfortunately is nonrefundable and the order cannot be cancelled. All items remain property of Rachel Jones until paid in full. Payments can be made via bank transfer.

Engraving

We offer an engraving service on our jewellery with a charge of £5 per character and this will take between 5-10 days. Please leave details of your desired engraving at the checkout and we will email you to confirm the finer details.

Materials

We source stones from reputable suppliers who ensure all stones are conflict free and we are working towards incorporating fair trade and fair mined precious stones.
